Tai chi school takes a bow

THE Jian Shen School of Tai Chi and Qigong celebrated yet another successful year of classes and workshops in 2016 with a special evening class held in December.

Among those in attendance were Master Wang and elder gurus from the Tasmanian Chinese Buddhist Association of Australia and Jan Everett from the Australian Chinese Friendly Association.

Jian Shen principal Bill Pearson spoke of the many workshops and demonstrations the school regularly holds in the greater Hobart community, including sessions at Risdon Prison, the MS Society and a class for people with Parkinson’s disease.
